Lan Xang

Lan Xang symbolizes the Land of a Million Elephants. The symbol of the three headed elephant represents the symbol of the three kingdoms: The Kingdom of Luang Prabang in the North. The Kingdom of Vientiane in the Middle. The Kingdom of Champasak in the South.

Our food comes influenced by the countries surrounding Laos. Here you will find lots of fresh vegetables and herbs surrounded by the savory and spicy flavors of Laos, while the Thai flavors will introduce the cooling, sweet, creaminess of our soups. And then finally, from Vietnam comes the spicy, sour flavors that compliment our seafood.
